(A)
|
Study Aspect – In addition, to the
requirements of attending the classes, the student
can choose time
frame or time choice to see school television or audio visual for
further studies. Each class of teachers will arrange a date for
outside study, so to enable the student to appreciate, learn life
and natural phase. |

(B) |
If
the student can’t cope with the level of advancement of his study
the following are
Some
points or tips
to resolve the situation: |

|
(a) An
individual student who will handle by the teacher to talk to the
student is to
understand his situation. How to enhance his learning method and
objectives. |
|
|
(b) After
the classes, if the teacher has the time to visit and understand the
daily life
activities, analyze the
student’s way of life, if is or isn’t affects the student’s study. |
|
|
(c) Set
a time frame for individual guidance for the student. |
|
|
(d) Adjust
the class level. |
|
|
|
|
(C) |
During the period of study and additional to the test (Quiz)
conducted by the teacher,
the
result of the test will inspire the student to learn. The beginner
level who will be upgraded to intermediate level, there will be quiz
for 25 questionaires, if the student obtain 15 correct answer and
able to pass the teacher’s oral test, the student will be upgraded
to intermediate. For intermediate level student will be upgraded to
advance level. There will be a quiz of Grammar of 10 questionaires
choosen the 10 questionaires and able to obtain over 60 points
correct answer and pass the the teacher’s oral test can be upgraded
to advance level. |

(D) |
Life Guidance – to provide the
knowledge and life recreation about the food,
clothing, shelter, travel in Taiwan in which the students had plenty
of choice that suits for them. We can provide this information and
knowledge. |

Student
Attendance Situation |
|
(A) |
If
the student has been registered, he or she should go to the class on
the time set for
them
on the opening day, in case unavoidable circumstances get ill and
cannot attend the class, student can get an excuse form to fill up
early submit to the teacher for signature and will be submitted to
curriculum division. In case there is an accident, or a minor
accident which is not in danger and for temporary absent, before the
class starts notify the and inform the school and it will be
recorded by the administrative staff of the school and to notify the
class teacher as well. |

(B)
|
In
the Registration of the student it indicates the period of study,
excuse period should
not
exceed 1/5 or (20 per cent), if excess of 20 per cent, if the
student would like to continue to study and enroll, the school will
not accept the student anymore. |
|
|
|
|
(C)
|
The
student attending to the class must sign an attendance that should
be verify and
check by the teacher of the staff of the curriculum division. |
|
|
|
|
|
Herewith are the remedies and
solutions for students who are not punctual to attend their classes: |
|
(A) |
Every
week, student should attend 12 hrs. of classes each month is 48 hrs.
some
Student had 3 months or 2 months this is consider 1 term. In case
they are absent for more than 20% then they cannot continue for
enrollment. |

(B)
|
For
those student having irregular absences situation, example, 3
consecutive days for
not
attending classes and not applying for excuse slip form, the school
will initiate some steps to handle the situation： |
|
|
(a)To
investigate or trace whether the student departed already, if just
in case student left for abroad, then the school have to take note
of it for recording. |
|
|
(b)To
investigate or trace whether the student has transferred to another
school, in
case
student move to another school then we have to record it. |
|
|
(c)Student
if ever or not departed, if ever or not transferred to another
school can be trace if they have or holding ARC in which the
enrollment period, the registered place of address where the student
is staying in which issued by the
Foreign Affairs Section Police Bureau |

Food, Clothing, Shelter and Travel |
|
Food |
The school has it’s own food center and beverage outlet, provides
all sorts of foods and beverages from different countries. Food
meals are clean, environ-ment is nice and healthy close to the
school there is a MacDonald Fastfood chain to satisfy the foreign
students own Western taste of food requirements. |

Shelter |
School student’s dormitory is well manage and secure providing the
best and relax nice environment for student to stay. The school
campus perimeter on Kuangdu, Damshui Chuwei Area provides the best
suitable living environment for foreign students. |

Travel |
School has plan for teacher, student appropriate parking spaces it
provides 411 slots for cars, 1880 slots for auto bikes (motorcycles)
besides we initiate teachers, students to take Public transportation
so to abide or resolve the parking and congested traffic problems. |

Health |
The school has established Hygiene Health Care Center close to the
school. There is the Kuangdu Hospital, Mackay Hospital, Veteran’s
Memorial Hospital etc. Medical treatment facilities that will
provide the students medical treatment and health care in case they
urgently needed. |
