Qualification:
Any person of 18 years or older with valid passport, interested in learning languages of Chinese and culture are welcome and will be admitted after passing review of the institute.

Review of Applicant:
(A)Applicant is yet abroad：
	a.Photocopy of passport。
	b.Application for registration。
	c.Study Plan。
	d.Financial proof – Financial proof issued within past 3 months with the capacity of US$ 3,000。
	e.Producing Physical Examination Certificate issued within latest 3 months to apply for visa with Stationed Office of ROC Government。
	f.Producing Education/Career Certificate to apply for visa with stationed office of ROC。
	g.1 pc.photo (2 pcs. Photo 2-inch for visa application form)。
(B)Applicant is in Taiwan：
	a.Original passport (to be returned immediately after verification)。
	b.Application for registration。
	c.Financial Proof – Proof of deposit of NT$ 100,000 or more with Passbook. Returned immediately after verification。
	d.Certificate of education background. (Return immediately after verification)。
	e.1 pc. Photo for student ID card。




School’s Entrance Procedure：
(A)Accomplish and report all related documents：
	Students arrived in Taiwan can go directly to the office of the Mandarin Learning Center to submit all the necessary documents and pay the Registration Fee of NT$ 300.
(B)Placement test to determine the level of the student：
	The school will arrange the schedule for the simplified short placement test. It will be supervise by the teacher and will evaluate the Chinese level of the student and assign the suited level course for the student.
(C)Registration Fee and Student’s Group Safety Insurance：
	School Information of Technology and Science Institute Of Northern Taiwan Mandarin Center (1^st Term) is NT$ 18,000 for 12 weeks, inform the office on how would you handle the terms of payment as well as cancellation for changing of classes. Notice: According to the Ministry of Education rule, students in this Mandarin Center should have Safety Insurance and must pay NT$372 at the time he/she will pay the Registration Fee.
(D) If school terms expires, should continuously to enroll, students wish to continue, they can continue to pay the tuition fee to study.
